Returns and Money-Back Guarantee

We want every family to feel confident and delighted with their purchase. Our team does everything possible to ensure that each package arrives safely and in perfect condition, however occasional issues can happen. If anything is wrong with your order, we are here to help. If you believe your item is faulty, we will gladly replace it. If you simply changed your mind, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund option.

To start a return, please email us at support@soundofsilencedrum.com:

• For returns due to an issue with the product: include the purchaser’s name, purchase date, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product and packaging.
• For returns without any product issue (change of mind): include the purchaser’s name and purchase date only, no photo required.

Please also include a printed copy of your email inside the return package so we can process your request quickly.

A refund will be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Our product was shipped back within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The product is complete, including all items that arrived in the original box.
• Both the product and the packaging are undamaged, inside and out.
• The item was purchased directly through our website. Returns for items purchased through other retailers must follow that retailer’s return policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note: a product returned without meeting these conditions will not be refunded and will not be sent back.
